Some Parts are “On-Hand” or “in-stock” and come from our physical location. Others are sourced from our direct GM suppliers. On occasion, some items become unavailable or are understocked without our knowledge. GM provides us with updates continually, but this is not always reflected immediately on our store site.

We make every effort to communicate with you via email regarding any questions, updates or changes about your order throughout the process.  If an item cannot be supplied, you will not be charged or a refund will be applied for that particular part or order as needed.

Shipping prices quoted on your final order may be subject to change based on actual packaging box size + delivery logistics. The dimensions x weight seen on a product page is for the actual part or accessory itself, not necessarily the packaging box used. This can affect the later shipping rate calculations. We make every effort to give you the best rate on your order and will consult with you on changes.

Orders with a VIN number provided are recommended and verified for accuracy. 

Any illustration is a simple rendition of the part and where it is located on the vehicle; it is for reference only. Factors such as trim, color, and options are not depicted in the illustrations. Check with us if a part or accessory stock photo shows a color style to make sure what is ordered will be that color.

Product descriptions may say “Left” or “Right”.  Left=Driver’s Side | Right=Passenger Side

We work constantly to update our site for accuracy, but some items displayed such as large auto body parts, hazardous materials, heavy parts and other delivery-dangerous products may not be available for shipping. We will email you about anything you ordered which will be too difficult to send safely and refund any order made in error.

• "On Hand" or In-stock orders ship out of our location within 24 hours; Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.  
• If a part is not in stock but can be ordered from the manufacturer, it typically takes 2-3 days to arrive to us from area GM Hubs before we can deliver to you. 
• Most orders of “on-hand” parts are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. Parts available but ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to get to us and will be shipped to you immediately.
• Depending upon your location and our ability to source, ground shipments can take 2-14 days on average. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
• Your order may be shipped Expedited for an additional cost.
• Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. Limited local pick-up from our SE Wisconsin location is available depending on the order.
• Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
• We do not ship internationally.
• In the event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible or refund your purchase for that item.
• We do not ship COD orders.
